This beautiful creature unfortunately did not make it out of the chrysalis properly. I was able to give it love for a few days and helped it eat as much as I could but nature took its course. With this piece I am showcasing both a chrysalis and the Monarch. The white web you see on top of the chrysalis is actually what the Monarch forms in order for the chrysalis to attach to something so the Monarch can safely remain inside until it’s time for them to release.
